ACCOMPANIMENT RECIPES

- Chutney Recipe – Various chutney like mint mango chutney,
date tamarind chutney, red chilli chutney and more. Chutney is a spicy or savory condiment originating in India. Chutney is made from fruits, vegetable, herbs, beans with vinegar, sugar and spices.
- Raita Recipes – Raita is an Indian condiment made with yogurt or dahi or curd, vegetable or fruits and little Indian spices. The spicy yogurt may be seasoned with coriander leaves, cumin seed powder, mint leaves, green chili, other herbs and Indian spices. You can also add chopped raw vegetables or fruits (such as cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot, pineapple, pomegranate, papaya) and Indian spices in yogurt. Raitas can be prepared with three main base ingredients: vegetables, pulses and fruits. These are mixed with yogurt and flavored with a variety of seasonings to make different types of raita. You can serve with dal-rice or paratha or poori or with main course.
