How Do You Save Time In Cooking:------
- Tomato Paste (keep ready in the fridge) can be used instead of tomato. In this way you can save time.
- Make a green chilly, ginger and garlic paste and keep it ready in the fridge. This saves a lot of chopping time.
- Have a lots of peeled garlic cloves in an air tight container and store that in the fridge.
- Grate whole coconut and store in an air tight container inside fridge.
- Heat the oil, add chopped chilies, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes or tomato puree, salt , chilies powder, cook it till oil separates and freeze it .When needed, warm it and have it as such or add potatoes or paneer or anything vegetables you prefer to the gravy and season it.
- Cut vegetables in batches and store in the refrigerator in containers.
- Always buy ready powdered spices in smaller quantities as they tend to lose punch as soon as the pack opens.
- Skip recipes with fried onions. Because it takes time.
- Save time with slow cooker recipes.
- Add a pinch of sugar to oil when heating it up to add natural red colour to curries.
